MANY WAKE has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to your right to privacy. The following policy outlines our practices regarding the collection of your personal information and its use in connection with this website and in general.

Use of Personal Information

The term 'Personal Information' refers to all information, including sensitive data, that concerns an identified or identifiable person, whether it originates from MANY WAKE, has been received or inferred, and is recorded in any form. All information, even if accessible to the public, remains personal information nonetheless. However, it is important to emphasize that information that has been altered or anonymized so that it can no longer be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual is not included in this definition (referred to as 'Personal Information').

With your consent, we may collect, use, store and transfer the following types of personal information about you:
• Aggregated data;
• Contact details;
• Identity information;
• Commercial and communications information;
• Purchase history;
• Security sequences;
• Technical information.

You always have control over the choice and quantity of information provided. Please always keep in mind that certain information may be necessary/required for us to provide you with assistance or a service.

Please know that your data is important to our team, we will never sell, trade or distribute the names, email addresses, or contact details of our subscribers, unless required by law.

  • Billing and shipping address

  • Email address

  • Message to write in the comment section

  • Any other information deemed essential to deliver the products you have ordered.

We may also collect optional information such as your date of birth, which we use to send you birth-related communications. Note that we do not directly collect any financial data, as this is entered directly into a third-party payment application (Shopify Payments).

  1. Marketing and advertising initiatives:

    2.1 Newsletter: To support our marketing and advertising initiatives, when you choose to subscribe to our newsletters or receive information about our products or other promotional communications by email, we may collect personal data such as your first name, last name, email or postal address, as well as information concerning your interests. You are free to decide whether or not you wish to receive this type of communication. A simple click on the “Unsubscribe” button, located at the bottom of our emails, or contacting our representatives, is possible to remove you from our mailing lists.

    2.2 Competition, survey, and promotion: When you enter a contest, participate in a promotion, or respond to one of our surveys, we may collect information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address. This data is used to manage your participation in the competition or promotion, and in the case of surveys, it helps us better understand our customers, improve our products, promotions, and also plan our upcoming events. 2.3 Customer services: When you submit a comment or ask a question by email or through a social media chat service, we may collect personal information such as your name, postal or email address, and a phone number. This is essential to enable us to respond to your comment or question. Additionally, we may also collect various information that you choose to provide to us, facilitating our response to your request.

    2.4 Improvement of the website: We may collect information about you and your use of our website through technical methods such as cookies, web page counters, and other analytics tools. This data may include your IP address, login information, browser type and version, time zone, location, as well as the types and versions of your browser plug-ins, operating system, platform, and other technologies relating to the devices you use to access our website. We use this information as necessary to manage and improve our website and its content, ensuring its proper functioning and security, developing our business, and guiding our social and advertising strategy. We may create statistical data (e.g., the most visited page on the website), which is not personal data about you. When advertisements are targeted, this may require the use of website information as well as data that we (or our advertisers such as META and GOOGLE) may have obtained from them.

    2.5 Recruitment: We aim to attract new talent to our website by posting new positions. When applying for a job, you may provide us with certain personal information about you (CV, cover letter, or other). We use this information to process and respond to your job application.

We use various methods, including the following:

Direct: Through communication forms or by corresponding with us via email, postal mail, telephone, chat, or any other means of communication.

Indirect: Through suppliers in accordance with their respective privacy policies, such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, or background check resources (for employment).
